Outstanding work, superb attention to both the bike and myself, even when meeting Mr Cannon himsef. Very affable man, who above all wants to deliver a good service to customers from abroad.

Having trust in a dealer is massive hence the last two bikes I've bought have both come from Cannons. Never had an issue, I think they improve year on year and frequently recommending them to our own customers. The management and team at the time of writing the review are by far the best they have had, highly professional and very personable.

Once again the guys at Cannon Motorcycles have proved that Main Dealers can be a friendly place to do business, they always go out of their way to make you feel at home. I've been dealing with Cannon for the last few years and would strongly recommend them for value (I know, BMW are never cheap but we all know that) and customer service. You always get a prompt answer when you phone (very rare nowadays) and they have always bent over backwards to deal with my requests. What more could you ask for. Keep up the good work guys �

When i first walked in Adam approached me and was extremely helpful - i returned and dealt with Richard who was spot on - both bikes have been great and my daughter loves the Teddy :) - Thanks again Cannon BMW and especially Richard and Adam for really looking after me... Need a new bike! Look no further then Cannon Motorcycles!!

Excellent customer experience. 10:10 Bought my K1300s from Cannon last June and Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Popped back yesterday for annual service and really felt my business is important to them. They'll have my business for a long time to come! Thanks guys.

Did a distance deal with Jas, it's hard with used machines to get a feel for what your buying but Jas was brilliant and really went over and above to deliver and meet my expectations! Thanks buddy

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Friendly staff who clearly love the products they sell and are very knowledgable and who listen to what you want. Picked up my RR yesterday and couldn't be happier. Definitely going to be a long term customer!

Absolutely brilliant shop, always made to feel welcome...great coffee machine ( it's free ! ) lol....very professional . Great service...have got really nice clothing range and will always order stuff in for you to try...Tom is always very happy to help.

Richard in Sales could not have been more helpful to us visitors from Dorset.

We decided to buy a sweet s/hand F700GS which had had one Learner Lady owner.Richard kindly said that if I introduced a friend to buy a motorcycle we would be rewarded with a BMW bear mascot!

Back in Dorset CW BMW dealer in Dorchester is now under warranty replacing clutch basket etc, given that I could not find neutral at stop! These things happen so I want to tell you that both Cannon and CW give great service and are a credit to BMW. My friend bought an F700GS and we were presented with the bear my five year old daughter calls phonetically BEE _ME _ WOO.....

One of my heated grips packed in last week. I called Cannon Motorcycles to seek advice and a solution late on a Friday. The part was ordered and within 24 hours it was in and fixed. The health check also identified parts that will need attention in the near future. Handy if your busy and need to budget.
