What an amazing place! The food is so fresh, perfectly cooked and love the fact it's locally sourced and homemade. There's seafood as well as traditional Brit fish & chip shop food too. Really couldn't fault this restaurant! A must for anyone in Canterbury. Excellent service, stylish setting, lovely staff and great atmosphere!

Visited here at the weekend with a Groupon voucher, great value, superb food and very friendly waitresses, will defiantly be returning !

Quite possibly the nicest dine in chippy I've ever been to. Air conditioning inside which was welcome as the sun was out. The chips were light and fluffy and the homemade fish cakes were excellent. Highly recommend this gem of a chippy.

Only fish and chips I've had that's not at all greasy, amazing atmosphere inside the restaurant and the servers are just wonderful ���

Lovely takeaway & restaurant, the staff are all very kind and helpful, and to top it all off, the food is fantastic! I'd highly recommend Canterbury Tails.

Visited with my family yesterday...I'm Coeliac and it's rare to find a Fish & Chip Shop that understands the condition. You can have anything on the menu as they have Gluten Free batter mix prepared in a dedicated area of the kitchen, cooked in a dedicated fryer. Lovely surroundings, attentive staff. We will return.
