Just over a year ago I handed my notice in to my employer, so my wife and I could start up our own business. With a baby under 1 year old and complete uncertainty we took the biggest risk of our lives. We had huge support from family and previous work colleagues and their faith in us although flattering definitely increased the pressure with the thought of disappointing them all never far from our thoughts.
We were determined to build a company with solid values on integrity..., honesty, employee appreciation, customer satisfaction and hard work.
Now over a year on we have taken on yet another full time employee, along with our self employed network. Our business really is only as strong as our team and they are reminded daily how much we appreciate all their hard work and bravery to put so much faith into us making this a success. We now have a very solid customer base that appreciate our consistent hard work and honest approach. We have fantastic relationships with other businesses in our area of expertise and we have proved that we will not deviate from our core values as a company, something that I am so proud we managed to have achieved.
One thing we have come to truly enjoy about Capital Belting as a business is creating real jobs for hard working individuals that want to be a part of something special. We have, who we believe to be one of the only female fitters in the business and on average the youngest overall team, We have shown that we can surpass all expectations on quality, price and service.
2017 is once again nerve wracking but this time it is with excitement of what the year will bring to our brilliant team. We are looking forward to continuing to support our outstanding customer base.... and offering our services to new customers.
