Appalling experience going to the Camden branch.
I was told by the person who phoned me to take my £65 pre-payment (!) that it was at The Mornington Crescent end of Bayham Street. Parked Camden tube end. Walked the length of the long road. Got there. Couldn’t find it. Phoned them. Then they told me they were at the Camden tube end. So walked all the way back. Same again. No sign of them. Then I googled them. Turns out they are exactly mid way. And they said they are in the Oasis Building. But this name sign us barely visible on the door. What is in big letter is the address 85-87 Bayham Street.
SO WHY DIDN’T THEY JUST TELL ME THAT????
The treatment room there is barely the size of a cupboard. No natural lighting. Basically A HOLE.
The sport Physio, however, was very pleasant and professional and knowledgable. And leaving this week.
Jokers!

Kam was excellent. No hesitation in identifying the problem and treating it with my goals in mind. Highly recommended.

I could not speak more highly of the treatment I received from Capital Physio, Kam and his team. I was in considerable pain on presenting myself but they soon diagnosed a serious muscle spasm in my right lower back/buttock and set about relieving the problem. After just one session the situation had improved and over the next few progress was made each time, helped by my first experience of acupuncture. I have now made a good recovery, thanks to the thoughtful, diligent and committed work of the Capital Physio team.

Kam, Maddy and the team have been outstanding from the first consultation and through a number of treatment sessions thereafter. Always punctual, personable and with clear explanation around identifying the problem, treatment administered and rehabilitation exercises. Extremely professional all round, knee problem fixed and would highly recommend.

I treated my frustrating bicep tendon injury here with Nicky. She gives great advice and makes the sometimes painful experience enjoyable.

Great staff, well organised and nice space. Making a big difference with recovery from a broken ankle.

I can't recommend Capital Physio, and particularly Des Nazou, highly enough. I went to see Des because of two running injuries. Des treated both injuries through a series of physio sessions, providing very clear explanations for why I had injured myself in these ways and how I can avoid similar injuries in the future. I'm now back on track with my running training and feel confident that, thanks to Des' advice, I'll be able to continue to train injury-free. As a cherry on top, Des is really easy to get along with and we shared some good laughs during the physio sessions.

Kam is my magic man! He always manages to putting my body back together when I have a problem. He's treated me for all kinds of injuries and wear and tear issues from my neck to my feet. From small niggles to debilitating pain. He knows his stuff. He's patient, he's empathetic and strong. I've recommended him to everyone I know who's needed any kind of physio treatment.
