Capital Physio (Permanently Closed)

I visited the Scunthorpe practise for my appointment with Anthony. I was very pleased with the service I received, Anthony was very professional, understanding of my problem and through his treatment and guidance on exercises to complete at home my jaw problem made good progress and I am now pain free. Many thanks happy to recommend.

I was treted by Mr McBride for an injury, he saw me privately 3 times and was giving me execises to do.
Felt like I was been taken for a ride, so I went to see my gp who referred me back to him under the nhs and his attitude changed and said I can`t do anything you need an operation!
Be wary.

I am very pleased to tell you that my back is feeling absolutely fine at the minute, I have recommended you to everyone that has asked "and has it done you any good". My family have noticed a great improvement over the weeks that I have been coming to physio and I am moving a lot a lot better, so thank you Holly very much.

I was treated by Anthony who quickly diagnosed my knee problem, and over four treatments and following his excecise recommendation, the problem has healed.

Very pleased with the treatment I received at Capital Physio in Scunthorpe. I was treated by Ryan who was polite and professional but approachable. He appeared to have a good knowledge of my condition (Sciatica) and answered all questions. The exercises
he gave me helped enormously and I am now back to normal. A very friendly and polite young man whom I would recommend

Horrendous I was spoken down to as if I was a 5 year old not a 50yr old women.
I was made to feel my symptoms were made up told on 3 occasions I had a great poker face, was made to feel rushed as we only had half hour .
One minute asking me to describe my pain the next min more or less telling me to shut up.
He even said am not a mind reader I don't know if your in pain if you don't say but when I did say it was more or less ok what ever shut up.
A very rude individual whom I wonder how made it to a private practice .
When I asked if I had to wait for another week before I had another appointment I was told
WELL YOU WOULDNT GET ONE IN A WEEK ON THE NHS ,YOUR LUCKY I CAN SEE YOU NEXT WEEK AM USUALLY BOOK UP FOR 3 weeks.
When I cried due to the pain and felt distressed He told me to take control of my breathing your hyperventilating I'll just carry on making notes while you sort yourself out.
I would never go back or recommend this person and if I wasn't in so much pain while I was there I would of given him a piece of my mind, I cried all the way home then got angry and though even my children wouldn't speak to me in that manner, there was no empathy, consideration or even manners he should be ashamed of himself.
