We are currently seeking strictly off- or pre-market opportunities and only with guaranteed deliverability; direct access to sell-side is important! Investment criteria: Buy-side requirements for residential as well as commercial real estate with a focus on office buildings, retail shops and shopping centers, hotels and logistics. Furthermore, we are looking for senior healthcare and student accommodation. Locations: Gateway cities in Germany, UK, Netherlands and (to a lesser extent) the US in a range from EUR 10m up to approx. EUR 50m (hotels above) for outright purchase, mezzanine or preferred equity investments and financing. We focus on customised, income producing property investments, with for example yields above 5% in Germany. Strong capital growth potential is sought in other cases. Furthermore, we are providing independent real estate advisory services and are acting as mandated off market sales agents. We offer a wide range of exclusive consulting services.
