Really great landlords to have, they're happy to help & the houses are really good condition. They offer services to make sure you're happy with the accommodation and keep you updated on the progress. Definitely recommend.

Lived at one of the properties '15 to '16.

High quality throughout.

Plentiful kitchen space as well as lounging area.
Very quick response and attendance to issues.
Occasional pressure washer clean was a nice touch.
Deposit returned without any problems.

Upon moving in the mattress was in terrible condition - but Capland replaced it with a high quality unit within a week.

Friendly team which maintained great communication.

Had such a good year with Capland and on Eccy road. Would definitely recommend! Shout out to Barry :p

Their properties are in a great location and the agents were very helpful throughout the year dealing with any issues quickly and professionally.
