Log details about activities quickly and easily in Capsule without losing focus. A prime example is call logging. You might be using a phone system integration such as CircleLoop to record calls in Capsule, this would then be logged and would then feed into the activity reporting. Back in August we released our G-mail add-on. Based on some great feedback we've tweaked it to make it more user-friendly. Check out the improvements here https://buff.ly/2zvayPy

Have you checked out the new Opportunities & Cases list pages in Capsule yet? You can start filtering your records as soon as you get to those pages rather than clicking to create a new list. Read more about it here https://buff.ly/2SvzpLK

When you need an easy to use system to follow up your contacts and project communication Capsule really performs. Having used other systems, e.g. Insightly, I much prefer this reasonably priced and well functioning system. Linked to gmail and MailChimp it is a dram.

User

We started using Capsule after exploring a few other options that in the end were too complicated for us. Capsule has been easy for all team members to pick up, and therefore it has helped us keep our data organised. It connects to a lot of other apps we use too like Zendesk and Gmail, if you're looking for a CRM then definitly give Capsule a try.

Using Capsule for a month now and discovered it to be a flexible CRM that can be customized for your specific needs.

Great at: Organization / Contacts Database; Opportunity /Cases; Data Filtering and Exporting; Sales Pipeline and Forecasting

Over the last 6+ years I have used Capsule for three companies and each time with great success. They have grown up quite a bit since I first started using them and continue to improve on a monthly basis. I love working with a company that is still investing in improving their product. I have worked to build two CRM companies in my past and have used dozens of CRMs over the years. What I love about Capsule is that it doesn't try to do everything. Many of the things offered by competing CRM companies sound great on paper and demo well, but in practice they create confusion and cause you to loose track of your leads and client contacts. If you run a small business and your team understands why a CRM makes sense ... you'll love Capsule CRM. If you're a manager who is forcing your team to use CRM ... this may not be the best option for you. Bonus points that Capsule syncs your Google Contacts, has Xero Integration, has one click Add to MailChimp integration, and much more. It is a wonderful and essential tool for our business' success!

Love the simplicity and affordability of the product. Zero learning curve, feature rich for experienced users, and has great integrations. You will be convinced by the time you hit your 250 contact limit. Recommend without hesitation!

Just stared using Capsule for my business and I can already tell it’s going to be something that I integrate into my workflow. In terms of organization and prioritization this is a tool I’ve been dreaming about but never knew existed! I 100% recommend it!

User

It's been a year or 2 since I started using Capsule. It is easy to use and has everything a small business owner needs. Capsule CRM has simplified my life a lot. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

User

I've been using Capsule for many years now for my virtual business support business and it was the best business move I've ever made. I can't imagine running a small business without a CRM. You just can't keep ALL that info' in your head. I recommend Capsule to all my clients and colleagues, and suggest they get going early and don't wait until their contacts become unmanageable. The clean and intuitive layout makes for a great user experience. I'm a fan!

User

I use Capsule for my business and many of my clients use it too. It is a great CRM, easy to use and fits around most business models. It is also really reasonable for the paid version too and it is very popular in the Virtual Assistant industry! Very, very happy with it and I will continue to recommend and use it.

User

I started using Capsule last year and can't imagine running my business without it now.

I use it to organise my leads and customers, but the biggest improvement for me is using it to manage my workflows, which ensures I contact people at the right time and am able to keep track of all my admin tasks properly.

It integrates with Mailchimp so I can keep my list up to date in both applications which is really helpful.

User

I love Capsule CRM. I tried more than 6 different CRM packages. Each time I spent 7-10 days exclusively working and using it (connecting my Google accounts, uploading data/contacts...). I ended up choosing Capsule. If I were to design a CRM package for MYSELF from scratch, I would be hard to come up with anything better than Capsule CRM.

The way I work, I want to attach TODO's to individuals, or companies, yet be able to see ALL of them on a calendar format (DONE). I want to be able to see the contact History for the individual or company, with the latest stuff on Top (one of the CRM's I tested had the History with the oldest stuff on TOP, even where they would be 3 years old and irrelevant, and you couldn't change the sorting).

You can also add and individual to any company, and all their history will also show when you look at the company's history (DONE).

Another feature I use on regular basis is the "Cases". You can create a set of TODO's and make a Template, and use them again, and again. For example, I have a Template for client onboarding, It's a list of 15 TODO's, and I can add this CASE to a new client, and all TODO's will be added, and dates adjusted... awesome (DONE).

Some other CRMs had this strange setup, where contacts, clients, companies, were not interchangeable. You had to create a Client from a Contact and they both lived on the system ? I didn't like that. With Capsule, you use TAGS, and you can easily change a contact to anything you want, and sort accordingly.

As many have said, the only weakness is their Sales Pipeline. It's not very action oriented, and I wish it gave us more automated features.

At end of the day, Capsule CRM is fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

User

I have been using Capsule for 5 years at a criminal defense law firm and hands down it is the best product out there. You can customize Capsule to your company’s needs and access everything on their mobile app.

User

I first tried Capsule in 2011 and decided not to use it, as it didn't have a vital feature I needed, as I run a service-based business -- repeating tasks. I wrote to them about it and they said maybe they'd add it in future.

Fast forward to the end of 2015, and I decided to try it again, as it integrates with Xero, my accounts package. Lo and behold, the repeating tasks were there. So here I still am.

User

I couldn’t manage my business without this CRM. It’s got all my information with easy access. I recommend it highly.

User

Flexible, versatile, provides information at your fingertips. Tasks are great for keeping track of... everything you might need to in business. Create categories for things, tags on records (searchable) - assign tasks to different members.

Mobile app has great functionality, linked back to Xero so data shared between the 2 (example - I can see if a customer is overdue on their account at a glance so I can respond to a service request appropriately).

It's core functions just work as they should and new features/functions are added without neglecting those core functions.

Highly recommended - try it out yourself.

User

Capsule is fantastic! My team all works remotely and Capsule helps us manage a gazillion contacts and tasks as if we were sitting next to each other. I recommend it highly - nothing will fall through the cracks again!

User

As an small business Capsule CRM is perfect for all of our needs, it's very affordable and much easier to use in comparison to other CRM systems I have used in the past. I would highly recommend.

User

As a small business I have found Capsule easy to use and very relevant to my business needs. It loads on my Mac and on my mobile and iPad. The graphics and output are easy to read and the system is very flexible and reliable.

User

Have used Capsule CRM since our business's inception. It is very useful and integral to our company. There are a few things that it lacks - integrations with good scheduling software.

Although it is a CRM, it would be very helpful if there were some more intelligent offerings around things like staff management. It would also be great to have the ability to send 'pre-formed' emails to clients. We use mailchimp, which is just a hassle and a pain. Pre-canned emails stored in the CRM to clients would be such a bloody handy thing.

Things go missing in this CRM unless you are very, very good at handling your data. The search functionality is not as good as it could be. When you have as much data as us, this can be extremely frustrating.

Overall, I have recommended Capsule to other people and will continue to do so.
