Love this place. Modern. Beautiful food and cocktails. Nice rooms. Great setting, right on the river. Fantastic staff - especially for weddings.

Amazing experience on amazing sunny day. Lovely food with Prosecco. Finishing touch was surprise birthday greeting piped in chocolate with chocolates. Lovely gesture.

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea. Fantastic customer service from all members of staff, from start to finish. The food was wonderful, my personal highlight being the Scones and the Jam that accompanied them.
Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed an afternoon Spa package which included an hour relaxing in the hydro-pool and sauna, a spa treatment (we each had a 60 minute full body massage) followed by afternoon tea in the restaurant. This was one of the most relaxing afternoons I've ever had. The staff were excellent, very professional, and the food was a high standard. We both enjoyed every minute. Recommended.

Lovely and relaxing spa. I would give the spa a 5/5, however the service in the restaurant wasn't 100%, it could of been better so I give the restaurant a 3/5

Food is of the highest standards, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the views are excellent looking over the water.
The staff are friendly helpful and professional.

Superb hotel on the banks of the River Stour in Christchurch. I would recommend the live jazz on a Sunday afternoon in the bar area after a lovely lunch. 10 out of 10
