L. C. Hughes Metal Recycling is a privately owned business and was first established in 1968. On site We have a 50 ton weigh bridge for the weighing of scrap metal and public vehicles. We also have a smaller scales for the weighing of copper, brass, lead etc. . .

We have a large selection of scrap vehicles breaking for parts. All vehicles have undergone a de-pollution process which is the removal of all hazardous materials and fluids. For years we have had a system where by all our customer come to the site and remove the vehicle parts them selves and pay for them over the counter. This way we are able to keep part costs low.
