shameful service with non manufacturer approved safety critical parts fitted without us being notified in order to save a few quid. This part subsequently suffered early life failure and putting my car into limp mode on a motorway thereby placing my family in considerable danger. Currently progressing a complaint through the FCA Ombudsman Scheme. Currently very unhappy with the service provided and cannot recommend

The most unprofessional, petty and vicious company I have ever came across. Liars, deceitful and will hang on to ANY excuse to avoid cover. If you reply in any email to them with a single word that may be interpreted as something they don't cover - they will simply refuse it! File a complaint? sure... whatever you want. Cover?! No f****ing way. Manager?! You're kidding! He's not in, he doesn't take calls, he doesn't give a f***k. Of course we can cancel your cover but you won't get any refund back. Nothing. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid and again, avoid! If there were piles of excrement instead of stars I would give them 5. I am willing to bet ANY review here above 2 stars is a fake one. Beware thieves!

Phone up to make a claim told to pay for it myself they they will decide whether it's coverd .... on a £1000 warranty package supplied by another shambles of a company motonovo. ....

Not worth a single star. Purchased alloy insurance, called 5 weeks ago and heard nothing, followed up 2 weeks later heard nothing, 2 weeks later heard nothing. Called today and promised yet another call by end of day which I doubt will happen. Spoke to Rachel in customer service who apparently has no customer service, rude and arrogant without any apology. I have paid for this product, please supply the service..

I am glad I came and read all these negative reviews, was just in the throws of getting a 3 year warranty with them at a cost of £1300.

I have got policy with them for last three years and had to make 3 claims. All my claims have been accepted and work was carried out. I think they are quite good. In my last claim i had a problem with o/s/f suspension and they supplied parts to my mechanic. Even my mechanic was surprised when he received part. He told me that the part they supplied was quite good and second best after the genuine parts.

I was a strong believer in warranty products until i had one myself from CCP. First of all the problem occured 2 months down the line and was not covered. Secondly, the diagnostics that are required to investigate the fault are not covered as well (which doesn't make any sense).
£500 down the drain in 2 months feels like a waste of money to me.
Never again.

Avoid dealing with at all costs. Unclear terms and conditions used to weasel out of paying anything.
Want to obtain a copy of a phone call? £10, what a joke.

Very good fault diagnosed at main dealer cleared by care plan surveyor and work carried promptly

not terribly responsive and they use a number which their customers have too pay to call them about their problems
