Carabela Dance Academy

Carabela Dance Academy offers weekly lessons in Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Theatre Craft, Freestyle, Drama /Musical Theatre and Gymnastics for children aged 2 years and over.

Carabela Dance Academy has been running since 1983, and since 1999 under its current Principal, Carrie-Ann Evans. All students have the opportunity to participate in dance festivals, shows and events throughout the region and beyond. The IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) syllabus is followed and examinations are available therein. The emphasis at Carabela is to have fun and enjoy lessons, whilst learning creative skills in theatre dance subjects. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome. Lesson prices start from £3 per hour. Uniform and dance shoes can be ordered in-house.
