The bedrooms are at either end of the caravan for extra privacy. One en-suite and one shower room. Heated throughout and double glazed.
Lovely pitch location with only 3 other caravans so plenty of space. Decking and private parking.

The central kitchen /dining area has an integrated full size fridge /freezer, microwave, cooker and toaster plus everything you need equipment wise to make it a kitchen like you'd have at home. Ironing board & iron and hoover are also provided. Free standing dining table and chairs
The lounge area has 2 free-standing sofas (one of which pulls out into a double bed if required) with TV (Freeview) and dvd player plus radio.
A twin bedroom and a separate shower room and toilet is at the other end of the caravan.
The caravan is fully heated and double glazed with lots of extras such as books, board games, dvds, buckets & spades, crab nets and a windbreak for guests to borrow.
The caravan is situated in a lovely area next to the David Bellamy nature trail and a short walk to Bowleaze Cove or to the sister park, Seaview where the facilities can also be used.
Strictly no smoking inside the caravan and no pets unless previously agreed (small well behaved and house trained dogs may be considered)
