6 berth caravan located on West Sands park of Bunn Leisure in Selsey. It has one bedroom with a double bed and double wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds, aswell as a fold-out double sofa bed in the sitting room (all bedding is provided). Bathroom with a walk in shower. Within the kitchen is a microwave, gas oven, grill and hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Within both bedrooms are heaters built un...derneath the wardrobes, a radiator within the bathroom and fully functioning electric fire in the front room. A smart TV is located in the sitting room, this includes netflix available and wifi. The caravan is located right next to the embassy, this is where the entertainment, swimming pool (with lazy river!!) and bars and resturants are located. There are two shops on site, one at the entrance of the park and one within the embassy.
Just infront of the embassy building is the water front, a stony beach with beautiful views of Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. There is also a funfair just a 5 minute walk away from the caravan which is open 9-5 with a wristband ticket available for a set price. A cafe is also next to the fair. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Go Karts and Mini Golf are also available at the front of the park. A bus service and 'Bunni Express Train' are free to use which enables you to access the other park with more entertainment and restaurants.
SMALL PRINT - Entertainment passes are not provided, they are available to purchase from reception (price varies dependant on season). - £50 deposit is required to cover any damage costs, this is refunded after your stay. - No pets are allowed. - No smoking within the caravan. - No large single sex bookings.

We love Bunn Leisure.Best caravan park. The entertainment is second to none. Swimming pool Is great Everything is so clean and tidy.kids loved the fun fair.

This is a fab site. It's meticulously clean and staff are all lovely. The tide never seems to go out and the beach is clean and spacious. The facilities are top notch with plenty of activities for the kids. Amazing pool with slides and lazy river and entertainment every night for the adults. Plenty of on site shops and a free bus service to get around the parks. Local buses stop inside park for routes to Selsey and Chichester for train station.

The evening we spent on site was good, food arrived quickly and was tasty and good value.evening entertainment was brilliant

Not a great fan of caravan sites, but Bung leisure completely changed my mind, massive site and getting bigger, bus service to take you about, and excellent entertainment and right on the beach, I will definitely return

Excellent stay in clean caravans-great for children as lots to do and swimming pool a hit! Reception staff very friendly and efficient-evening entertainment excellent! Will go again

Caravans are very modern and clean. Had great fun at entertainment with the kids. Staff were polite. We all loved the swimming pool. Fun fair is good for young kids but need better rides so adults can have fun too. Very impressed and will be going back.

Absolutely Relaxing.. It’s A Gr8t Family Getaway..

Loved the caravan, spotless, loved the entertainment, brilliant but did have a few bad points with staff. Go kart man extremely rude! No manners what so ever! And staff in the burger bar, sloppy rude service! Microwave burgers just is not acceptable not matter how late it is! Shut the shop if you can't be bothered instead of taking the money for a pile of s##the... Just saying x

Been a few times caravans clean wish there was more for teenager's apart from arcades

Need more seating in the entertainment room maybe Karaoke for kids.

Food Not Nice at all and very expensive
