Absolutely hopeless company. Avoid at all costs.
Hidden costs , admin fees etc. Also a lot of negative reviews of people that have actually made a claim from them, not just browsed website or pay monthly fee for the insurance and never claimed.
But these reviews are pushed out the way with fake accounts writing positive reviews.
bottom line avoid there are plenty of other caravan insurance company's out there offering better deals and have none of these admin fees.

Absolutely hopeless company. Avoid at all costs. Gave incorrect advice and wasted my time setting up a policy they decided not to honour as they don't understand that you cannot tow a caravan with 2 wheel clamps fitted. Take your money elsewhere.

Have used this company for my Motorhome Insurance for the last four years. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. When insuring a vehicle ,there is always a need to ensure value for money and I have on a couple of occasions , at renewal, done a comparison. Caravanguard may not always be the cheapest but I appreciate their straightforward policy position with many issues already covered without working my way through an array of optional add ons. I hope that I never have to call on their breakdown / recovery services ( which is when a good company shines through!) but the ethos and service displayed by company staff give me the confidence that if I need them they will be there for me!

Consistantly proves best value for money.
Half the price of some other Caravan Insurers.

I think that what sets Caravan Guard apart from other insurers is their customer service. Every time I've needed to speak to them on the telephone, I've met with unfailingly polite, friendly and very efficient service. Compared with my previous insurers who could not even be bothered to reply to my letters, Caravan Guard are at the other end of the spectrum. I shall have no hesitation in renewing my insurance with them in the future.

James was a fantastic representative of your organisation. He was funny and had a very good manner with both my wife and subsequently myself when he called back. I was not at home when he initially rang, but he called back after the requested interval.
My renewal was professionally handled by James. He was sensible in offering other products which might not have been suitable in my circumstances. Over all a thoroughly pleasant experience.
