Worst experience of my life ...lied to me for 2 months and still no product sent. I was complaining about not receiving a part I ordered and he said relax it's not like you lost a kidney!!!!!!!!. No respect or regard for customers.

Ordered a part and they said it would take 7 days. It wasn't ready so when I said I was promised it would be ready he told me he was cancelling it then. Shocking customer service. Never buy anything from the people.

I can not fault the service, from my first telephone conversation to receiving my item. They delivered on everything they said, many thanks

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!, ordered and payed for parts to come to NZ , where told lies after lies , does not return emails , this has now gone on for seven months , still no money back!!! STAY WELL AWAY !!!!!!!!

On the positive side, you will not fault the products for quality or durability. The match to the original is near perfect, and the product is probably ten times stronger than the original, being GRP rather than the flimsy brittle plastic originally used by the manufacturers which degrades in sunlight. Making this sort of stuff is a very skilled niche market area, and Caravan Panels are masters of it. On that basis their prices are very reasonable. The downside is that their delivery dates seem to be hopelessly optimistic. I suspect that they are swamped with business, being probably the only resort for many cases of caravan damage.
Yes, I would deal with them again without hesitation, although I would treat quoted delivery dates with a large pinch of salt and allow plenty of time. The results are worth waiting for even if it does require a large dose of patience!

We ordered a custom built panel from this company. Over 7 weeks have passed and still no panel so phoned up to complain only to be told to f**k off and while on the bloke with the panel apparently in the dispatch bay threatened to put an angel grinder through the panel and destroy it so we'd never get a new panel. Refusing to return the existing template panel so they have now left us without a useable shower in our motorhome. Terrible at replying to emails, even after complaining and being promised daily updates (when we didn't even request them) they can't even email then and say, they ignore you. Very abusive and unhelpful so avoid.

Fraudulent! Do not buy. Worst customer services you will ever experience. They do not resolve any problems and you can forget about getting your money back! Steer well clear!!!!!
