we had our wedding here on friday 25th may and it was everything we expected and more! the carden team were absolutely fantastic! special mention to marcy who made our day flow perfectly...she was amazing! our guests had an amazing time and our day was just perfect from start to finish! if we could do it all over again we would choose carden park every time �

Went 26 april with 8 lads playing golf great time, staff at golf club house very helpful, after golf spent 2 nights at hotel brilliant rooms very spacious and food great evening meals and breckfast, Also went on 12th may for 1 night with my wife the pool and sauna fantastic and a few drinks to follow, Staff are so helpful and so relaxing time there, Had a great 2 visits there and look forward to going back

We were there for the weekend. I booked the hotel for my partners birthday and it was great. Quick check in and check out. Rooms are big, beautiful and clean. The bed is massive and comfy. There was a mini fridge and my partner got a birthday card and complimentary chocolates. Having a fridge was great to keep some water as it was quite hot yesterday. The resort is amazing and it caters for everybody, families with young kids, couples, girls wanting a pamper day and people who enjoy golf. The golf facilities were brilliant. 2 golf courses, driving range and the Clubhouse to chill after it.

Food at the Vines was spot on and the staff was lovely. A young blonde girl served us and fitted us in as we were in a rush to go and watch the match. We got complimentary dessert aswell for the biryhday. The gym, pool, Spa all perfect. We had a 55min massage (sooo relaxing!) The staff is so nice and helpful. We are definately going back very very soon! Loved our stay at Carden Park �

We had a fabulous evening/stay to celebrate my parents Golden wedding at Carden Park last night- we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. They were made to feel so special- we had wonderful pre dinner canapés and drinks in a reserved area, had fantastic table service, and the food was absoloutely outstanding- the best. Thank you so much to Graham Tinsley and the team for such wonderful experience.

Visited for the first time using a TravelZoo voucher for one night stay with dinner, b&b and upgraded room. From the moment we arrived we were impressed not only with the hotel and its surroundings but most of all with the staff!! Our room was lovely and the bed big and comfy. We enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities and our evening meal was delicious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a 2 night stay in the very near future....we look forward to returning.

My husband and I had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary, lovely spa and fabulous room with a view. We are booking already to come back with a group of friends in July for a spa/golf trip xx

Me & my husband stayed last weekend and loved the hotel, golf & surroundings. All the staff were great, the food in the restaurant was lovely and we were well looked after by our waiter & the rooms were clean and well presented. Great service and great staff all round. So much to do. Will definitely stay again.

Just home from a really lovely night away with my other half as an early valentines treat. We arrived and found we had been upgraded to a suite....which was beautiful and very unexpected. The pool and spa area is lovely. We ate dinner at Redmonds and were very well looked after by Jacob. A few cheeky gins before bed topped the evening. We were really pleased to see you had our favourite Adnams Copperhouse in Morgan's too :) we will definitely back - thank you for looking after us xx

Just had a spa break here with a friend and we loved every minute. The room was big, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The spa was busy but still very relaxing and our massages were very good. We were very well looked after by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble but we want to say a special thank you to our waiters in Redmans restaurant, Ben who looked after us on Friday, and Jacob, who looked after us on Saturday. We will be back.

Just enjoyed an overnight stay in a estate view room. All the staff we had contact with were friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a gorgeous meal in the Vines which was reasonably priced but top quality. We had spa treatments which I would say were some of the best we have ever had, the therapists were knowledgable and provided wonderful massage/facial. Breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be returning.

Had an amazing day yesterday with a group of five in the spa. Great facilities and we all had facial and back massage. We all loved it and are already planning our return. All the staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Only one negative and that was the lockers. Had to keep finding a member of staff to unlock it but on the whole brilliant �

Enjoyed an amazing spa day yesterday with my best friend as a treat. The day was truly amazing, the facilities were fantastic, the treatments were thoroughly relaxing and the girls were lovely, especially Meg and the beautician who did my facial. I think her name was Aime but not sure. I had the best facial I have ever had. The lunch was delicious as was the afternoon tea. My friend Anita thoroughly enjoyed her Birthday surprise and I would definitely go back again. Just a note to say the window ledge in the serenity room could do with a dusting but apart from that AMAZING!!

Absolutely amazing place! From start to finish, staff were accommodating, consistent, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. My friend and I had a great time at the spa and also the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovely! Let Keiron make you a strawberry daiquiri!! Everything about this place is 5 stars!!!

The hotel was very busy when we arrived, just a little wait to check in. The room was lovely and spacious, great ESPA products in the bathroom. A noisy fan in room118 but a great room. Dinner was excellent for the ham hock starter and lamp rump, the cherry delice although it sounded lovely was just very ordinary and small, sweet and non distinctive. The service was unobtrusive but very friendly young staff. The lounge service excellent, very helpful and happy to do my favourite cocktail that wasn’t on the list, a frozen Margarita, it was perfect.

Breakfast was a good selection, we went early to avoid the rush. But the carpet was very dirty and stuff still on the floor from the night before. The service wasn’t so good at breakfast and we waited a long time to get a cup of tea when we finally called out to someone as then did another guest,

We were in the leisure club early and enjoyed the pool to ourselves before it got busy. We waited in the relaxation rooms for our treatments enjoying a few fruit teas which was lovely. I had the best facial ever and back massage, so relaxing, I was told to drive home with the window down! Lovely friendly staff in the leisure club, but it was busy in the changing rooms around 4pm. The changing room lockers were very temperamental, I had to move three times before one locked and I think they could do with some investment in this area, they are not the best. All in all a very memorable stay, a great place to celebrate a birthday, just a few minor points that could so easily be redeemed.

I have just spent the weekend at your hotel with my family to celebrate my partners 40th birthday. We have had such a fantastic time, everything went so smoothly from making the booking with your reservations team who made dinner reservations and a reserved area for after dinner drinks to checking out with reception today! Special thanks to Jacob who looked after us in the Redmonds restaurant and also Naz in the Bar who looked after us here and arranged for your pianist to play happy birthday to Darren. We had 2 children with us too who enjoyed the pool and also crazy golf this morning!



Our room was a family room very specious and well presented perfect for us but the only reason for 4 stars not 5 was because of how warm it was in there, the rooms do not have air con, there is a fan in the room but as the plug was on the opposite side to the room from the bed the breeze didn’t reach us as the room was so big so we didn’t sleep too well.



Other than the room temperature we have had such a fantastic time and such a memorable time for Darren to celebrate his 40th birthday too. Thank you!

The Room was spacious and had good facilities. The restaurant was ok but had to wait 30 mins before we got a drink at our table and 40 mins for our starters to arrive, the staff were not very attentive at dinner or breakfast the following morning. The spa facilities were good but the toilets in the changing room were not upto the standard I would expect.

We took my daughter for a Spa Day treat as part of her 30th birthday celebrations. The massage was lovely as was Rachel that did my therapy. However, when we went to the bar to have a coffee before we went for a spar the staff were dreadful. We waited ages for our drinks then they tried to fob us off with the tiniest croissants you ever saw £3.50 each! They forgot the butter & jam, we complained & got a plate full of croissants but it was too late as two members of our party had to leave for their treatment. Staff didn't care about giving a good service & we felt they were talking about us behind our back, we felt very uncomfortable. The same thing happened when we went for our cream tea. We went to the bar for a coffee before leaving my bill was £10.25. I gave the guy £20 note & 25p, he looked at me terrified because he couldn't work out that he only had to give me £10 change. I had to wait until they sent someone to get more change & was given my change in £1 coins & other change..... totally bonkers �. It actually felt like all the staff had just started work that day & didn't have a clue about offering a good service or even give a damn about their customers.

Went here for a second time and what a mistake that was! The food in the bar was so stale I couldn’t even chew it ( just sandwiches) The vines restaurant was awful over an hour waiting for meals and when It came we sent it all back. The manager of the vines was rude and didn’t apologise. Just said ‘it’s half term we are busy’ - but there was only a handful of tables in there. Also the staff in the bar and the vines are inexperienced one of the waitresses spilt a drink all over us! Had 2 terrible experiences there now. Won’t be going back and definitely would not recommend to eat there. Extremely poor standards for this hotel.

The service during and my stay was absolutely appalling. Along with some family and friends I went for a night away to celebrate my 22nd and my aunties 50th.



On arrival all seemed fine, however when we went for lunch the cracks began to show. We waited over an hour for four sandwiches with no apology for the wait. This meant that we could not spend any time in the spa before the treatments that we had booked.



Then at dinner we again seemed to wait a long time for our food and when my meal did arrive it was wrong. This meant that when I eventually received my food everybody else had already eaten and I had to eat alone.



When we returned home my dad was very confused as to why we hadn’t thanked him for the champagne he had sent us. This was the first I had heard of any champagne I should have received. He had requested three bottles to be sent to mine, my mums and my aunties room with cards. My auntie did receive hers but with no card so we believed it to be from the hotel for her birthday.



After all of this I emailed the hotel to inform them of the problems with our stay and it took them over a week to respond in any way. The response I received was not what I would have expected, just an apology. For such a big hotel that prides itself on service, charging prices that are not cheap, I would have expected something more for such a poor show of service.
