Care4propertie's is one of the most helpful estate agents in Leeds as they will look after you whilst looking for the right type of property.

The worst agent I have ever dealt with. Your deposit will not be secure with them. They never keep promises. Their houses are the worst. Forget about repairing anything. If you ask them anything they will reply in 2 months. Not professing at all.

Very helpful staff members. I was clueless about Leeds when I moved from London for my new job and these guys help me a lot to settle. I recommend them to all my friends.

Being landlord, I have tried many agents before but Care4properties proved best so far. The best thing of them is they send me inspection reports every 4-6 months with all pics of my property. I have recommended many landlords to them

Best in the area. Hospitable, chatty and a pleasure to deal with. Any time you pop in you met with a wall of smiles with an air professionalism. Knowledgeable staff. Tried other agents before meeting Care but they were clueless in legislation.

Never mind renting from them. They can't even arrange veiwings. First they book one in on a bank holiday (when they were closed). Second on several occasions told them to book on in for 2pm. After reading up on them I decided to cancel it. Just as well as they had it in for 12.30 .If they can't use a calendar what chance they with your money???

Worst experience. Rented out a property that was condemned. Said we can do all the decorating as it was dated. Let all that happen and then the property gets shut down. Fake electricity documents. Northern Power grid went to remove the fuse as it was dangerous and access was denied. Avoid them at all costs. Take all your money, let you make the place look good by giving you a weeks free rent to get it decorated and then do you over. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company are a shambles!! Advertising properties without epc gas certificate and electric certificate. Electricians x3 have said the house needs to wiribg and is dangerous. They are aware of this yet have offered the home to another incocent family!! Taking people's money not using deposit schemes which is the law. Coming mob handed and bullying clients. They are aware a property is dangerous yet offered it to another family with children!!!

Bad bad bad never seen anything like it . The rude lady that works there (bad saleswomen). Arranged a viewing without letting us know , so I did not let her in and she went on and say that normal people are awake at this time and I shouldn't be here (11.00am) , i should let her in and she even said she'll quick me out the house 🙉 haha care4properties is a joke period .
Don't respect people base on where they live cos at the end of the day they all your properties and like u said c4p so u should care for all of them and for all your customers aswell .

I actually use to work for this company as an apprentice and never in my life have i been treated so badly and unfairly i'm surprised what they do hasn't got them into trouble yet. out of around 14 people that worked there i only got on with 2 of the staff members the rest of them are absolutely disgusting the manager for one was a complete bully and had no consideration for anything i did or had to deal with, i was constantly bombarded with work i had no experience or training in even though they said training will be provided. after the manager (Asif) shouting and swearing at me i knew it was my time to find something better and much more appreciative. i HIGHLY recommend that tenants trying to find a better place to live or infact a decent place to rent or buy i suggest you head down to YPP lettings much more affordable and highly rated. please do not go for company whether it is to work or rent it is a horrific place and the fact he has to create fake accounts on google to give himself a good review how sad. if there was a minus option for the rating bar i would given it minus 5 stars absolutely appalling
