A study was recently released by GlassDoor showed that out of 450 CV's received, an average company will only have time to read 10% of them (45), interview 4-6 people and make one job offer. That gives you a 1. 3% chance of just getting an interview and a 0. 4% chance of getting the job. That is the equivalent to betting on something that's 400 /1Yet we continue to sit on job boards, using the multi-apply options, day-in, and day-out – hoping that today is our lucky day.
