Emergency service for all carers in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Once a carer has contacted us, an Emergency Liaison Officer will visit them in the comfort of their own home and write out their emergency plan. The carer is given an emergency card, fridge magnet, an emergency telephone number and access to carers in an emergency.
