BACKGROUND & COACHING EXPERIENCECarla's background includes leadership roles in the commercial and not for profit sectors as well as extensive experience as a coach, consultant and facilitator. She has also been a non-exec director for two organisations. As Managing Director of a niche recruitment firm she grew turnover to £2m pa, substantially improved profitability and created an award-winning culture. In the not-for-profit sector she raised over £20 million for good causes, developed multi-million pound partnerships with blue chip firms and doubled income for a number of national charities. She then specialised in growth and change situations as an interim director and consultant.
