What a great vibe and service, one of the best Mexican places with cocktails and tequila to die for.

On top of my octopus and chorizo burito which the cheff says us not on the menu as a special was exquisite.

And to top off my experience the head chef came out with a brand new experimental dish, battered octopus which was like chunks of fish with a sauce was explosive with flavour and melted in the mouth like it should.

Great vibe team. Will definitely come again.

We've been here a few times now. The food is always excellent and good value for money.

The cocktails are pretty special too, we're a bit hooked on the chilli salt around the rim of the margheritas.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was unbelivable and portions were huge so was great value for money. I would definately recommend and go again.

The food here is amazing! Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff! I once did the security for a Mexican party here! Was equally amazing! Will be back for sure and bringing everyone I know xxx

Thoroughly recommend them they clearly have a good ethic as the next night we promised ourselves another meal here and they was short staffed and couldn't serve us but I would rather have the great service and congratulate them on there standards.

I've eaten here so many times over the past few years. It's by far the best Mexican in Brighton and the quality has never faltered. The cocktails are very nice and the staff are always on the ball. A must eat venue if you like Mexican.

I could eat here every day if I could afford it. Waitress was friendly and the food was tasty. There were a few problems that would upset your usual reviewer but i didn't mind.

I can't wait to come again and try the rest of the menu! Great food, atmosphere and attentive staff. One guy was taking orders, mixing drinks and serving food on his own and he was so efficient we didn't want for anything. Love the place!

Had a wicked time here last night. Food was fresh, authentic and delicious, and it all came at once despite us being in a party of around 15. I had the fish tacos - so tasty. Staff were great fun too. Really good beer selection. Will be back.

Delicious chilli mojitos, best steak I've had in the UK and as for the crispy hallumi tacos and chocolate churros...! Plus the staff are lovely, the decor fun and the tunes perfecto. Gracias Carlito! X

Only thing I would add is a larger beer selection. Then it would be perfect.

Authentic mexican food in authentic mexican surroundings created by amazing, down to earth, real people, the finest mezcal around. One of the best mezcal based cocktails as well. Incredible flavors. A must. Amazing wall painting ridiculing Trump as well.

Always a great vibe and great food here. Very good mezcal selection with many of the cocktails featuring mezcal as well. A starter of Totopos with guacamole & salsa is a must. Move on to the "Life-changing" Fish Tacos - made with Mexican beer-battered whitefish and homemade tortillas. They've even got after-meal coffee options that feature mezcal. Everything here is delicious. I could eat here every week and still perfectly content. Go now!

Great little place Shame cerviche is only served Thursday to Saturday it's delicious!! ....the rest of the food was tasty. Octopussy is back on the menu a fav of mine too. Cocktails are good the margarita has a strong kick and a tasty chilli salt rim!!

Beautiful decoration, good music & tasty food. Beer was a wee bit overpriced- maybe a happy hour or drinks deal would help. Dog friendly made this an excellent experience. 🐶🐶Recommend this place.
