Good morning everyone,
We do hope you are all keeping well and coping with this difficult time we find ourselves in, we have been advised this morning that we can now only triage patients with dental emergencies over the phone, this means for the time being we are no longer able to see patients face to face.
If you find yourselves with any severe dental pain, severe bleeding that does not stop, mouth infection or swelling that makes it hard to breathe or a tooth knocked out..., please still CALL US as before and we will liaise with our trained dentists and professionals to offer advise on over the counter pain relief or antibiotic relief.
If your condition cannot be managed by these means, then we will need to refer you to the appropriate part of your Local Urgent Dental Care system.
The decision was made as part of the government’s initiative to drive down the amount of new cases of COVID-19 in an attempt to limit the spread of infection, hopefully by adhering to these measures this will be a short term policy, however be assured Treetops are still here for you and we will still be available should you still need us.
As always we will update you here on social media and on our website as and when things change.
