Well .....it’s a lovely atmosphere, the staff are great, the food is awesome.... I literally couldn’t decide which pizza topping... hmmmm so I guess I’ll just have to go back soon and try some more... duh 🙄 thanks for a lovely birthday evening carmelos 🙏🏻

This is a great little cafe.

I really loved the menu, not your run of the mill stuff. I had smashed avocado on brown toast with poached eggs and it was delicious !

Beautifully presented and I had a yogurt smoothie too.

Staff are friendly and there's a lovely atmosphere.

Great for breakfast and lunch, most of the stuff seems pretty healthy and it tastes nice.

There are a few naughty things on the menu too ;)

The toilet is spotless and smells nice.

Popped in today for a late lunch. We had two all day breakfasts and a vegetarian breakfast. Best all day breakfast we have had in a long time. The teas and coffee were also very good. Excellent service already looking forward to returning to try some of the other meals on the menu.

Lovely food, great service will def be returning. I do t eat bread so they made me poached eggs on grilled mushrooms with avocado on side. Was delicious and the best skinny mocha

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast of smashed avocado and eggs on gluten free toast. So lovely to have somewhere locally to eat with decent coffee.

In St Albans for a Business Course. Ordered take out pizza and ... wow! Best pizza I ever had; truly authentic! Recommended by the Italian front of house at Holiday Inn Express (yes they even deliver here) and I’m so happy she did! If I’m in St Albans again I’ll be visiting the cafe! Thank you

I popped in here yesterday with family on our way to carboot sale. I ordered a latte, hot chocolate and a smoothie. They were brought to our table and I must say that it was the best latte, hot chocolate and smoothie we'd all tasted in a long time. The staff are friendly and very welcoming the place was packed. Will definitely be back, but this time to sample the food menu. Please if your in the area do pop in and support this wonderful cafe.

I had a delicious pasta at Carmelo's today , my husband had the best freshly made tomatoe soup with very good toasted bread. Good value for money and free parking right outside the place.

Had an absolutely delicious veggie brekkie for lunch today. Menu is fab; staff are very flexible; they are great with the kids; very reasonable prices; lovely decor. Was very impressed and will definitely go again.

Good fresh tasting food and one of the best coffees I've had in a while, always nice to see almond milk is an option too :)

Finally I find somewhere that does Almond Milk. I had the absolute best flat white I've had in a long time. And I'm fussy!!! Fabulous Rocky road and flapjacks. A very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and excellent service. Im very excited to come back and try out the All day breakfast menu that sounds delicious. Highly recommend this hidden little gem. Bellissimo �

Everything a local cafe should be. Lovely staff/managers, delicious fresh food and, if you are a coffee lover, this if your place. Perfect flat white. Definitely worth the trip and we shall be back soon. Already looking forward to next Sunday!

Always love my daytime visits here and had a wonderful evening for the first time this Friday. The wine was very good, the service was perfect and the sharing platters were interesting, incredibly tasty and generous. Can't wait to return for dinner. Thank u!
