Our creative lives and creative business & working practices benefit from gaining clarity about where we want to be, and then planning achievable, empowering steps which will get us there.

Asking the right questions enable us to find the right answers for ourselves.

A) Individual Coaching or Mentoring
An average session lasts about an hour, and four sessions minimum are recommended. Sometimes it's appropriate to work together for a half day or whole day at a time, particularly if you are trying to tease out your direction from a complex situation.

B) Action Learning facilitation
Enabling groups to learn to coach each other. Each individual gains the benefit of insightful questions from the whole range of life experience present in the group.

C) Day Workshops and ongoing groups
Focussing on women's spirituality and creativity, exploring archetypal female energies, using ritual, art, writing, voice work, personal development excercises.

An accredited Relational Dynamics coach and leadership trainer, and ILM accredited Action Learning Facilitator, I have a solid background in personal and professional development. With over thirty years working in public sector and voluntary sector organisations, as well as solid experience in private enterprise, my training and practice is rooted in community development. I have worked with people of all ages to enable them to identify their strengths and move forward in their lives.

As a practising artist, and an accredited and experienced coach, I bring a wealth of creative techniques and skills to enable you identify your own unique path, and have a lot of fun along the way
