It can be difficult when you have thoughts going round your head, its difficult to see the situation clearly. Counselling helps you to see the situation more clearly, I offer my Person Centred Counselling skills to help people to move forward.

I am a Person Centred Counsellor although I have an understanding of other disciplines such as TA (Transactional Analysis) & Gestalt as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) & the Psychodynamic Approach. I have experience in one to one therapy both short term, long term and "one offs. " I am also a qualified Supervisor of Counsellors & see trainee counsellors as well as qualified experienced counsellors.
