I am very passionate about living a healthy, balanced, nutritious and happy lifestyle, and is no stranger to having life throw its curve balls, as such I have over the years learnt how to overcome these setbacks and not let it knock me off my path in order to maintain a balance of healthy food, fitness and wellbeing, which has kept my body and mind strong. As such I want to share my experience with my clients so they too can feel strong within themselves, cope with life’s curve balls, juggle fitness, healthy food and mental happiness easily and most of all understand what their body needs and how to make it work for them, so that when things change as they will do, they have the tools to hand to help keep them on the right track and be mindful of what is happening
