Would just like to say a massive thank you for my sister in laws 50th cake you made for us on Saturday. It looked absolutely amazing and tasted Devine with all that Belgian chocolate!

We were extremely happy with the wedding cake made for us back in October last year. It was made very personal and the attention to detail was brilliant

We ordered my daughters birthday cake from here, I sent a rough idea of what we would like and we discussed a budget and price, on seeing the cake I couldn't believe it, it was absolutely amazing, much bigger and better than I expected and most importantly my daughter was beyond happy with it! We had guests constantly asking who done her cake (and I happily sent them in the right direction!). Amazing cakes and at affordable (normal!) prices, will definitely be using Carole's again............ her afternoon tea is to die for too! �

We just popped in for a drink on Xmas Eve. Was delighted with the friendly staff, quality of the coffee and cakes to die for

WOW. I ordered a rainbow unicorn cake for my daughter's first birthday and I was completely taken back with how it turned out and lost for words.

Visiting from Kent I wanted to have a cream tea and found this little gem, was really lovely tea, we also had a toastie which was a little too much after the tea but both were lovely! We also bought some Macaroons to take away which we enjoyed later, all reasonably priced! The gentleman that served us was very friendly! We sat outside as we didn't know you could take dogs in (beware of the seagulls) don't know if there is a sign to say you can but we missed this. Would return. Happy new year

I love this place! We visit every time we're in town and the cupcakes are so tasty and the service is lovely and friendly. They also sell some great cake decorating items. Can't wait to visit again :-)

I have had several cakes from Carole and each one has been simply stunning. Every cake is beautifully finished and tastes amazing. Carole is also one of the kindest people you could ever meet. The shop is gorgeous too, full of scrummy treats and well worth a visit. Every family occasion we have had has been improved by Carole's cakes. You won't be disappointed! Thank you x

I bought there gluten free cup cakes for a relative who is celiac, however I ate them all and had to go out and get some more...incredibly lovely everyone of them and big enough for 2 :) there cakes are incredible

Had a last minute cake made for my sons birthday last week and aside from the fab design, it was honestly the nicest chocolate cake I have ever eaten. I'm not even that keen on cake but I ate loads of it! Highly recommend getting a cake from here!

Absolutely great to find a cafe open late into the afternoon in the UK, and still serving hot food. The staff are friendly and the food good quality and delicious. Bravo �
