Caroline Ellison Counselling is a counselling practice in Fleet, Hampshire which is on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey. Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, bereavement, grief and loss, depression and low mood, trauma, family difficulties, building confidence and self-esteem, long term and life limiting illness, are a carer or generally just don't feel good about yourself? Whether you are looking to cope with a specific mental health issue, better manage unpleasant emotions or simply want to feel better about yourself, counselling can help. I offer face-to-face and online counselling from my counselling cabin in Fleet, Hampshire. I work with adults (16 + ) and carers to support and improve their mental health and well-being and am a Registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have a special interest in counselling for carers, patients and family members of long term and life limiting illness such as Alzheimer's, Dementia and Cancer.
