About Caroline'S Ballet
Come and enjoy ballet whatever your age, size or ability! I teach Ballet Conditioning, Beginner and improver ballet lessons based in Southbourne. All ages and fitness abilities welcome.
Caroline'S Ballet Description
Adult ballet is for anyone who has always wanted the opportunity to have a go at ballet, to try a different type of fitness to normal, or to pick up a childhood hobby.
The classes are run over 12 week courses and follow a similar timetable each week: barre and posture work, limbering and floor barre, centre work and dance work.
By the end of the 12 weeks, pupils will have grasped the basic positions and some key steps which will enable a learnt ballet dance.

As many of you know, I’ve been struggling with one of my knees. Today I went to a lovely lady called Laura. As I didn’t know what I needed, she was great as she offers a range of therapies.
