Carolmaguireyoga Description

My yoga classes include an hour of movement (yoga poses & sequences with breathing) followed by 5-10 mins deep relaxation. They are friendly & welcoming classes open to both men & women of all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes. You will be encouraged to progress at your own pace, moving as gently as you like or going for the full challenge! With regular attendance, you will soon start to feel the far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind.
