I can provide you a warm, comfortable, private, confidential, safe space to do whatever it is you feel you need to do to get to the route of your problems to help you get better. I specialise in anxiety, stress and depression related issues but I also have an excellent understanding of LGBTQ, abuse and other mental health issues.
I know it can be hard to reach out to someone and ask them for help. Maybe you feel that it makes you appear weak, that you can "just get over it" or maybe you just don't want to tell a stranger all your naughty little secrets. If that's the case then that's OK, but if you know deep down you can't do it alone then I am here for you, talk to me.
