Carolyn is a qualified art teacher, she is able to teach from primary school age to adult. Carolyn completed her BA (Hons) in Fine Art in 1997 and her P. G. C. E in 1998. Most recently in 2016 she completed The City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Carolyn has been a self-employed artist for the last 12 years fitting work around raising a family. She works in a range of disciplines such as Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, Printmaking and Textiles.

Carolyn is a mixed media artist and loves to cross the art and craft boundaries. In previous work Carolyn combined painting and stitch but more recently she has concentrated on the painting process. Carolyn is currently working with the Hampshire Library Service, Learning in Libraries department, running art and craft workshops for the public and different organisations.
