It's not what you know it's who you know!! Home delivery of some deliciously naughty Cadburys creme egg cheesecake!! I LOVE getting to taste the ever changing cheesecakes but pleased I don't live nearer I wouldn't be able to help myself if they were on my doorstep!!

I've been waiting to get to eat in here since the beginning of summer !! We'll been following them on line ..thier food looked so good online !!! Had the bacon cheese burger n fries ...Didn't Disappoint !!!!!!!..... definitely worth the wait.!!! Best burger I've had since I've been back home from the USA ..I've cooked ,... I've eaten a ton of burgers in my time ..yours are totally the best so far . Also great customer service to ..Matt N Nic took care of us Brilliantly ...yes it's safe to say I've found my new spot everytime I'll be in king's Lynn.....only constructive criticism I'd have too say is .more napkins on table as the food is suckulant and juicy you need more of them ,, and the other I'd recommend a bigger bun for the burger . reason is because they have some much in between them I think they deserve a bigger bun to put everything inside it !!!.... And more Ice in the drinks so hats of to the chef .... we will be back !! Great job guys your in the right track !!!

Have eaten here now about four seperste times personally, and have tried a various assortment from the menu. To say the sheer level of courtesy, professionalism, gratitude and respect you get every single time you walk through their doors is by far in the top 3 I've EVER recieved (and i've travelled and eaten in hundreds of establishments over the years.....!)

The food itself is just somethig else, theyve literally got a meal planned out for any type of hunger/types of eaters..... they even allowed me this evening to build my own meal as i couldnt spot what i wanted on the menu (not sure if normally do-able - but was the best surf'n'turf I've had in years!!) ���

The milkshakes....... JUST #Wow

The burgers - you HAVE TO TRY!!!!

The steaks - just the nicest and juiciest/tender cuts of meat I've wrapped my chops around before for sure...

Great selection of breakfasts. Staff very friendly and accommodating in a very busy cafe. Went twice in two days!

First time in this afternoon and omg wow! Will def be coming back, just need to let my stomach digest this lot first!

First time at the Carousel Cafe with my sister and our children for an after school treat. REALLY lovely food and lots of it!! And we all had a milkshake after too!! Still full three hours later...might not eat til the weekend!! Will definitely be back and thank you to Nic for the lovely friendly service xx

Currently sat in here now � waited 20 minutes for food but SO worth it! Absolutely incredible food, all fresh and hot, lovely staff and amazing service! No complaints here! If you want fresh food you gotta wait for it to cook � had the hangover breakfast thoroughly recommend ��� will be coming here again!!

Absolutely love this place and the staff. Made welcome everytime and the cheesecakes are to die for. Tried the caramac one which was tasty but nothing compared to the reeses one all I can say is O.M.G. it's was heaven. I would go here every day if I could afford to.

Absolutely amazing me and my daughter came here today to have a meal for my late fathers birthday, the food is amazing, service is brilliant and them freak shakes wow � there massive but best I've ever tasted A***** for this place

Have wanted to try here for ages , I've read previous reviews and all seemed good , however food took over 45 minutes , we had to ask for a second drink , 20 mins later chased it (having to wave furiously across the restaurant!) and waitress admitted she had forgotten it ! It's a real shame , because the food was a 5* , luckily it was Just us and would be a no go for kiddies having to wait that long ! Would possibly try again as the food was really good just bad service !!!

Went in yesterday to have some food - only one person up front. Had pulled pork burger which I've had before a month ago and it was probably the best burger I ever had. This time it was very dissapointing - the food me, my wife and my daughter ordered came out very quickly which is a sure sign that the parts of it were just left on a hot plate beforehand - the burger was dry and the pull pork and BBQ sauce seemed like it just came out of a tub. The chips were undercooked as well. It didn't also help that they got my wife's order wrong again which always seems to happen when we go. We've had excellent food here in the past - this time it was not as good as a hungry horse pub! A shame as it was our wedding anniversary as well and our treat did not match expectations.

Really used to love this place, would have recommended it to anyone. Not anymore I’m afraid, never thought I would see people walking out after ordering because of having to wait well over an hour. This has happened to us 3 times now and I feel we may not be back as it’s just far to long�

45 minutes to deliver 2 breakfast meals, 4 other parties came in and got their food before us, no explanation or correspondence to explain for the wait, girl taking the payments at the end luckily didn't ask us if everything was ok as it wasn't, beans were cold, bacon was dry and the fried bread was black!

What sort of restaurant calls last orders at 6'oclock... TEATIME.. on a Sunday?

Absolutely ridiculous, not even advertised Sunday Times on the door, just says open 8am-10pm.

Would not recommend if you're hungry on a Sunday.

So many people have told us how this cafe is amazing but after our visit we will most definately not be coming again. I booked a table. Turned up no one bothered to speak to us so we sat down at a table. We waited 45 mins and no one even came to greet us or even take our order. There was only two other tables in which were eating already. The two girls behind the counter were chatting and wrapping cutlery!!! Horrible service. We left without even tasting any of the food, as we never got the chance to even order!

If you are thinking of letting your teenage children go for a job here then reconsider. They invite them for a trial then don't have them back. No break no pay. When questioned they say they were there to "obseve" well in my stepdaughter's case "observe" was working. If they don't make the cut then that is fine but still 5 hours of their time cleaning and clearing tables deserve to be paid for. After talking to others this is not an isolated case. A good way to knock youngsters back who wanting to start work.
