fantastic venue , rooms are beautifully decorated with an suite. an interesting menu and food was great. staff polite, and passionate particularly Tom and Scott. A Very enjoyable Saturday night and a great breakfast Sunday morning . highly recommended .
Stayed here for 3 nights. Absolutely brilliant. Comfy bed, and the whole place is well maintained. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a lot of family using our room to change for a wedding, including the groom! Would strongly recommend and we are looking for another excuse to stay there.
Only live around the corner yet only been twice..not been disappointed yet..lovely food,great staff, great for eating out but for me a local needs a dartboard etc....super place but it's an eating house/hotel.... proper pubs win hands down in my life

Lovely pub with a patio at the front and a lovely garden with huts, at the back. The service is good and the food is excellent!
Lovely place - neat smart clean with lovely welcoming staff. Superb food both for breakfast and evening meal at not stupid prices.
Another plus - some lovely real ales.
Live just down the road and love to go here for food.Excellent menu and very friendly staff.The roast dinners on Sunday are the best in the area in my opinion,if you are in the area it is well worth a visit
I loved this place,went here for my birthday with my 2 daughters and grandson for meal and the food was exellent,staff were lovely and we sat outside in one of the pods which was lovely,.I enjoyed it so much that I went back the same evening with my partner for evening meal sat outside in pod again and it was so cozy.
I have been for breakfast which was very good So we thought we would try it for Sunday lunch with some good friends we sat in one of the pods outside which was lovely as it was a beautiful day. The food was excellent I had roast lamb washed down with a really nice pimms. The staff were very attentive and very polite xx

Good food from a very wide choice of meals. Something to suit all tastes and choices. Had the ham,egg and chips. Not the most adventurous but the best I've had for a long, long time. Very polite and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
Friendly helpful staff lovely food in gorgeous surroundings
Friendly attentive staff, good food and catered well for my coeliac diet. Room 9 with tub in room just fabulous too - You can't go wrong, book it!

A definite must stay
Went today for Sunday Lunch and it was lovely, especially the roast dinners. A little busy & noisy, meaning service was a little slow at times, but the manageress was very attentive and lunch was lovely. Great value ┬Ż14.95 for one of the best roasts I've had locally for a while. Defo recommend and will defo return.
We keep coming back for Sunday lunch when in the area, always a good choice on the menu with some quirky options as well as old favourites, will be back soon!
Lovely pub, friendly staff , lovely atmosphere. Food was good , although the lamb roast was a little spoilt and overpowered by the mint puree which was absolutely smothered across the top. ( wasnŌĆÖt described on menu as being on the meat ) perhaps as a thought it should be served on the side as it did ruin rather than enhance a good bit of lamb . Unfortunately they had run out of cream due to lack of delivery, being the inclement weather lately this was just one of those things. Would recommend and would certainly return , just remembering to ask for sauces on the side . ’┐Į
