Friendly staff. Loved the fact that they grow the majority of it on site. Staff were not knowledgeable of the veg to plate e.g. did not know of a particular type of cherry tomatoe would work well in guacamole, as he had "never eaten it". The orange cherry tomatoes worked out to be very good. But the avocado is best bought from my local Waitrose. I would return to select some plants and basic English veg.

Recently given a facelift. Interesting selection. Good choice of plants and unusual food items. Good service. I go for their logs and coal, their plants, their bread and their great frozen ready meals.

Friendly family business, good choice and fair prices

Really personal service, the veg is really fresh and mostly organic or close to. My Dad used to go for years when I was growing up and it has changed a lot but still a really friendly family feel.

Established family business with friendly staff. Excellent plants, home grown vegetables and a wide range of garden necessities. Recent expansion has brought loads of tasty locally sourced foodstuffs. All you need for Christmas too!
