We purchased our New living room carpet from Carpet Superstore and from sale to fitting could not fault service, so much to choose from and advice of underlay, fitting, and other items made us at ease and felt assured from purchase to end result, fully recommend to all.

We have spent a while visiting lots of carpet shops looking for a good quality carpet and underlay at a good price. We visited the carpet superstore a few weeks ago and found a good range of carpets and underlay at competitive prices. Darren the salesman was excellent, no heavy sales pressure and guided us to what would suit our needs. We went away and didn't feel at all pressured into buying anything, considered our options and returned to purchase our carpet. Again Darren was helpful and friendly and processed our order efficiently and professionally. The carpet fitters which were independent but organised by the carpet superstore were brilliant and fitted our carpet quicker than we expected as we had managed to remove our old carpet quicker than we had planned. They worked late on a Friday night to fit it for us instead of waiting until the Monday, which was greatly appreciated. They fitted it with no mess or fuss and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you carpet superstore we are very happy customers! ���

Very efficient. Popped in, got help and advice from friendly staff, picked carpet, guy came to measure up, carpet to be order and fitted next week - all within an hour. How painless was that! Thanks Carpet Superstore and all staff.

Bought from the Carpet Superstore a few times now and every single time there is always excellent service from the Rose who works there. After shopping around always find myself back there for the price, choice and service. The fitters are clean, tidy and good at what they do. Been today for a new carpet excellent customer service from lady called rose could not be more helpful could of fitted carpet 3days time but needed a bit more time to get organized. After several visits we wanted to do some research and search the world wide web for something specific and too of course price match. On our latest trip to the Carpet Superstore we were delighted to find the carpet we wanted at a cheaper price right on the shop floor. We then borrowed samples to test them with the light in our house. After more questions and queries about dirt, spills and bounciness we decide to get the whole house done with recommended underlay from Frank.

Needles to say the carpets are superb, the service was excellent and Franks knowledge and range of brand carpets also played a big factor.

We’ve already had pet waste, red wine, tommy sauce, baby milk and walked in chocolate easily removed with a damp cloth and a bit of fairy liquid. As well as picking a nice light caramel colour that must be the same colour as dirt as we only have to Dyson once a week ;^)
