I’m shocked how clean our disgusting carpets actually came up. They look amazing. Simon was brilliant, phoned at expected arrival time to say he was caught in bad traffic. He was so friendly and did a brilliant job. Will be booking again soon for the last room

I had 3 carpets + the stairs (awkward because we have a stairlift but it wasn't a problem) cleaned by Mark. Lovely man, very friendly, polite & proffessional. Had the lovely enthusiastic Simon clean a few of my carpets after some past builders left some hideous oily muddy stains everywhere that I couldn’t get off myself after many attempts. A quick job for him but done wonderfully and left the house smelling great - he also was very kind about my bad coffee making skills. Would recommend.

Had my carpets cleaned by Simon Peters, who was an absolute gentleman. Having 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 children and a husband, the carpet was very stained. It looks like new and smells great. 5* from me all of the way.

Had lounge hall stairs and landing done today by Mark Allen, very pleased with result he was very polite and let me know when he was on his way, would definitely use again
