My results are in after my 30 days to healthy living. I did come off the plan 4 days early. But had a total loss of 5lbs but more importantly I lost inches. Certainly lost it in my face! I loved this plan that much, I’m doing again for feb 🤗 who’s joining me?!!

Back in the 9 stone bracket and back in size 10s. Feeling incredible!! I have tried many meal replacement plans in the past, but I have never had one work for me as well as this! Absolutely loving it!
