Antonia is Maria mother, they are Africans women who grew up in Portugal, Antonia before her death taught Maria all the secrets of African and Portuguese gastronomy, The kitchen has always been very important in our family, many of these secrets have passed from generation to generation until today, In Portugal Maria became chef with many years of experience.
we are based in uk and We make food that is rarely found in restaurant and quality similar to the finest UK restaurants.
Maria Paula is Very unique Africans hand-picked exquisite ingredients and prepared in original ways. . . A relaxed guided tour around Portuguese cuisine, spices and ingredients.


What we do?
We do African and Portuguese traditional cooking and also Sweets and cakes to order, Most of our ingredients come directly from the countries of origin. we cook typical meals, blending ingredients, colors, textures, nutrients and of course, flavors! : )
We want to show our customers a little of the Cape Verdean and Portuguese gastronomy, and for those who already know the flavours, is to kill the missing of eat the food they already know.
Most of our requests are for parties, dinners, birthdays, weddings and events etc. We have varieties of gastronomy to the taste of our customers, and also we have a book with photographs where our clients can get an idea of what they can choose.
