Our friend (25+ yrs!) & local boy Lifford David Shillingford only went & auditioned for Britain's Got Talent, got a golden buzzer as he's so great, and tonight is performing in the Semi Finals!! Do tune in (like now!) & show him some love!! He is an lovely guy with an even more amazing voice. He deserves your vote! Buena Suerte Lifford!

As explained in the link, the initial reason we've set up this Gofundme is so that those unable to attend the Fundraiser for Mexico tonight are able to donate online to Tobisi Ladxido.
Beyond tonight, Carlos & I intend to carry on our fundraising efforts with other initiatives so we can reach our goal for this campaign initially and continue helping Tobisi Ladxido & others.

Last weekend from the 10% of our overall sales that we pledged to donate, we raised ┬Ż467 that we will be sending to Tobisi Ladxido - an itinerant community kitchen in Juchitan Oaxaca. This is the start of our efforts to help those affected in Mexico by the recent earthquakes. From our feeling of powerlessness, being so far away from our family & friends & people who are suffering right now, we are determined to help as much as we can from here. We'll be keeping you updated on our new fundraising plans & specifically a big event we hope to put together for this week coming. #fuerzamexico

To mark Casa Morita's 6th anniversary, and Mexican Independence Day we wanted to pay our respects & say by way of a donation that we are thinking of the many many many people affected by Mexico's recent earthquake. Tobisi Ladxido, Cocina Comunitaria Rodante is an itinerant community kitchen set up by a group of friends in Juchitan, Oaxaca to directly help people from this area which has been so badly damaged & affected by the earthquake. We will be donating 10% of our overall takings from this weekend to Tobisi Ladxido.
