Visited here tonight and thought it was wonderful, food delicious and service excellent. My son loved his tagliatelle or as he kept calling it spaghetti bolognaise!!

I visited Casa Sibilla on Sunday 27th November at lunch, with a friend who apparently is a regular. I truly enjoyed the food, it's a real Italian cooked with love. I was amazed by the quality of the food they offer. We had a young boy as waiter and he was adorable and knowledgeable about the menu. We had to wait a little bit but it was worth it and also I was worried at the beginning before stepping inside the restaurant, but I decided to go ahead. Like I already said, this friend of mine knew how good they are. Definitely going back.

... Premessa che sono una grande fan di Alessandro Borghese, ma da ieri sera lo sono anche di Paola, la chef di casa Sibilla. Cena ottima in tutto. Abbiamo preso più cose scelte dal menù, ma avrei voluto assaggiare tutto. Tutto lo staff molto cordiale e alla mano, le più carine che ho trovato qui a Londra. Fuori dal centro, ma merita sicuramente.

I don't think I have ever written a bad review for a restaurant before but I absoloutley had to write about this one.

We (a group of 6) arrived at about 1.45 on a Sunday. We were met with a cold welcome. After ordering it took about 20 mins to get our drinks. They got the order wrong and brought me a Bloody Mary instead of a tap water!? It then took a further FIFTEEN mins to bring me the tap water. We waited about an hour in total for our food. Every time the waitress put something down on our table she never knew what dish she was giving us and ran away each time looking embarrassed. We had to guess what each dish was and we didn't get half the food we ordered. My dish - a sandwich came about 20 mins after everyone else's food (so a total wait time of over an hour for a sandwich) and I only got it then after my friend got up to go and find someone to ask why on earth it was taking so long!

The food was average but it's hard to review the food itself due to the waitresses lack of product knowledge we rarely knew what we were actually eating. We made it clear halfway through the meal that we were unhappy with the service and we were ignored.

At the end of the meal my friend went to go to speak to the owner and explained how disappointed we were and that we were not prepared to pay for any of the food but would pay for the drinks. A moment later a waitress came over with our bill (not the owner) which had just a 20% discount. The bill was totay wrong. Dishes missing that we had and dishes added that we never got. We complained yet again to the owner and she refused to offer us anything more than a 20% discount.

Utterly rubbish service, even rude at times. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place!
