Went for a spa day as my 21st birthday present off a friend, couldn't of been made more welcome or better catered for! Treatments were great and food was fab! All members of staff were lovely and professional , Thankyou xx

We went 2 whitewater hotel for the third time for our anniversary we have just arrived back today after 2 nights there but first time we have used the cascades spa! All I can say is amazing! We had the mud rasul which was a great experience after not knowing what 2 expect and then me and my husband both had a hot stones massage which both girls who did were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and lovely 2 use! Outdoor hot tub was so relaxing and pool also lovely! We have really enjoyed it and cannot wait 2 come back next year! We just hope you have the same deal on that we used this year as it was such an amazing deal! Both stay in hotel and use of leisure centre was just out of this world as always! Thank you! Would recommend both to anyone!

My partner and I visited yesterday for the spa/afternoon tea deal which was great value, the staff all very friendly and helpful, we could have 2 treatments and decided on the mud rasul and hot stone massage, the mud rasul was a great experience although I got a little too hot and had to step out for a while but our skin felt great after, the hot stone massage was amazing and the girls were great, very professional and one of the best massages I've had � would definitely return especially on the deal

Mud rasul is well worth a try. Deep tissue massage is fantastic. Will back for more

I spent the day at Cascades Spa at the weekend as part of a hen party. The day was very relaxing, with access to the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. I had a back massage as part of the package I chose, which was lovely! The hot tub outside was great, with amazing views. Loved it! I'll definitely be back & would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the treatments and felt amazing afterwards. Beautiful setting and a wide range of facilities to use. The beds were extremely comfortable in fact I wanted to stay an extra night! I would definitely come back and would recommend to others.
