Nice place but some of the second hand products are not good .

Was a little skint and pawned my phone and charger in for 2days went back only for them to have cracked the case on my phone and sold my charger this place is a joke the girl claiming to be manager (she clearly wasn't as id spoken to the male manager only minutes before)was rude vile and had no respect for her elders the manager promised me a refund on the interest I paid plus a brand new charger this girl refused to honor her managers orders and told me it was "my own fault" this issue is currently with area management and am awaiting the outcome avoid this shop at all cost staff here are thieves and I will be seeking legal advice yes may only be a mobile phone but they had no rights selling my charger and cracking the case on my phone I didn't even so much as get an apology this shop is ran by children and something needs doing about it
