Peter & Istvan started their property journeys by utilising high cash flowing strategies such as Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and Serviced Accommodation (SA, ) initially acquiring their properties using the Rent to Rent model. Having experienced both steep learning curves and quick successes, between them they have built up a substantial portfolio of HMO's and SA's. Furthermore, they have moved into other strategies such as ‘BRR' and attracted many investors along the way.
