Vegan cooking class at Waitrose cookery school Granary Square today. Always a good idea to upskill.I got that Chef feeling 👩🏾‍🍳 ha ha, I was so pumped up 🤣🤣
Together with my partner in crime Thelma we made :
... *Wild mushroom, spinach & chestnut tortellini with hazelnut pesto & cauliflower pangratta
*Baked aubergine with wild rice & smoked tofu on a bed of houmous
*Brownie with aquabafa and pistachios , served with mango sorbet and fresh raspberries and raspberries granita.
Triple yum 😋
I totally recommend this class. Really cool teachers, we got loads of really useful cooking tips in the process.

Thank you Google 🙏🏽. I was just desperate to find a vegan cake shop while I was out and about and I have found Cloud Cakes. Super yummy vegan cakes and hot drinks in the heart of lovely Paris. That was heavenly 😋. They also do breakfast and lunch. Nice spot

I went all the way to south of France and found London fashion 😊. Lovely little shop in St Rémy de Provence. The owner is a French fashion addict who lived in London and worked in the fashion industry for a while before relocating to France. I love the shop, the clothes, the accessories , I even got some amazing vegan candles from a British brand called #flamingocandles . The smell is divine. More pics to come with the clothes 😊

This is the psychiatric hospital where Vincent Van Gogh spent about a year and painted some of his work. Surprisingly enough, to this day the place remains a psychiatric institution. I did hear the odd loud scream and jumped at first as I wasn’t aware of this fact 👀

Damn guys, The struggle is real. What’s wrong with with our society today that we have to be reminded of this ?!!!
