14 of us booked for a family meal, great service, friendly and attentive. Food was good and served quickly, staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Roof top terrace was great, cold night heated by two log burners, champagne bar offering two for one
As we were newbies we also had the welcome pack with free bets and a drink, also enjoyed with a few winners amongst the group, made a good night great

Very helpful staff , always available to offer help and advice , good food and drink selection upstairs in the sports bar , occasionally offer special offers on certain nights and free membership aswell so ideal if your a seasoned gambler or if your just after a fun night out with friends having a little flutter 👍👍

I don't go here to gamble. I only go for the Sports Bar upstairs. It used to be my favourite place to go and chill. Very few people around, very spacious, a good pool table and bar and more than a dozen TV's to keep up with the latest sports.

But recently they added a VIP section which is cornered off. It covers half of the floor space so all the tables which were once available are now squashed together at the other end, including the pool table which doesn't give any room to swing cue.

Just another move to make money from the VIPs while stuffing everybody else at the other dark end, away from the tvs.

Since the refurb the casino is so much nicer. They regularly do free prize draws and we happened to win £500 - so it's not rigged! They also do free buffets on Sunday nights. There's a rooftop bar. All in all a good experience

Good place grwat atomosphire

Great place for a gamble, great food and drink at reasonable prices. Open 24/7, great parking available for members. My friends and I always enjoy going in. The roof terrace is well heated and has good views over Wolverhampton. Sports bar is big with alot of great programs on the large TVs (mostly sport). Staff are great.

Should be called a super arcade not a super casino. The place is so automated the atmosphere is dead and the odds of winning are poor. The food is cheap food presented as gourmet so basically you get a small portion of cheap food. Most of the machines littered around the place are online terminals which remind me of a bookies. The beers good but my Mrs said the wine tasted of vinegar. The most disappointing part of the visit was the confusion created by the user interfaces of the machines you couldn't tell if you won or lost??
The new casino looks and smells good but atmosphere created by the sea of automation made the place very lonely.
Truly a casino for the ipad generation it's a cross between Stourport and William hill terminals

Great staff in basement and sports lounge (i don't gamble). Great food and value for money

Don't like layout no card room plenty machines tables
Tried it no atmosphere don't think I will go back
