To to inform you lovely people of Facebook this gym has changed my life. I’ve had a pretty terrible 2017 but coming to this gym 2 times a week since June has been great for my mentality. For people to bad mouth, slate and put this Community Based Gym into disrepute need to give their head a wobble and piss off!! To a lot of people this gym is a home away from home. With a great group of people for me this place has been my home. Baz Neil keep us the great work you are doing and never give in to people’s hear say!!

Started back tonight after a few months off was made to feel so welcome , was a full hour of fitness and pad work which is what you pay for there good humour and banter but you come away feeling like you've worked out x well done luke your doing a belting job keep it up pal x

Perfect place to get fit, learn/enhance some incredible sklls, meet some great people and have fun. For men, women and children. No egos. Top gym!

My son went yesterday for the first time and loved every minute, the owners were very friendly and helpful and very good with the kids.

First time at bootcamp hard work but amazing really enjoyed it, trainers are there too help and push you at the same time, will be going again

Been training at Laceys for less than a year but what feels like a lifetime. Can't express the hard work that is done by the likes of Baz, Chris, Jimmy and Tony who provide an outstanding training atmosphere. I've seen a massive improvement in my confidence, mindset, boxing ability and fitness and there's no reason why others can't follow suit. P.s. If your participating in Chris's classes be prepared for some ultra camp music 😂👊 #teamlaceys
