Cassini Properties

I went to Cassini to have my properties let out. They halfheartedly marketed these, and subsequently, were left vacant for over 3 months.

After 2 months in to me working with them to get one of the houses rented, they advised that my properties were of a substandard condition - why would you not make such a recommendation at the first instance.

I also requested quotes from them to act upon their recommendations, but again I got nothing from them.

You ring them for a status update, and their response is to immediately try and get you off the phone, promising to ring you later in the day, which they never do.

I am disappointed with their service, and I would've preferred if they had just been honest with me in the first place and said that they were unwilling to take my custom and to look elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend Cassini Properties for finding tenants. The guys spent time listening to my exact requirements for a tenant and understood the importance as this was the first time letting my house. Excellent service throughout and it wasn't long before they found the right tenant for me. Great work!

We mentioned we had a cat, and asked if they could speak to the landlords of any property's they had and came back and said they had one. It's nice house too

My landlords were absolutely awful, Harvy and Sunny Notey, ran the whole tenancy like a military operation, during an inspection there was a slight splash water mark on the wall in the bathroom and I was marched to the kitchen to get a sponge and wipe it off, told me to crawl to the back of the cupboards to wipe dust, turned up and barged their way in at half 8 at night with no notice, try to claim for 'damages' that weren't there (DPS approved this, their claim wasn't successful), completely unrealistic when it came to how the flat should be maintained, acted like it was a show home! Most stressful 12 months of my life, they may as well have moved in with the amount of 'inspections' and times they needed to get in the flat...I would never rent from Cassini again if this is the kind of Landlords they work with.

Aggressive behavior towards tenants and refused to use the phone, instead preferring to send one word texts such as "why" and "no".

They happily list properties which have significant health and safety issues, and in some cases do not comply with UK law.

Proceed with caution.

Poor customer service. I had a contract with them. All the complaints will be ignored and repair works will take months to resolve. Very poor service, I would not recommend to anyone to go through cassini property.
