Castle Computing Description
ADVICE, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Castle Computing is a friendly computer support service in the Lancaster and Morecambe area. Unlike other firms we do not charge a fee - you can donate as little or as much as you feel is fair for the service.
We can often do call-outs at flexible times such as in the evenings and at weekends when you are home from work. We try to walk or cycle to all of our call-outs.
DONATION ONLY
For computer repairs in the area you would normally expect to pay flat charges from £50 to £100 + and hourly rates from £20 to £70. However, unlike other computer support services, we believe in letting the customer decide how much they want to pay.
You pay only what you can afford
You pay only for the quality of service you receive
It’s entirely up to you!
SERVICES
DATA RECOVERY > If your computer is dead we can try to save your important files.
SYSTEM FIX > If your computer is misbehaving (crashes, viruses, etc. ) we can fix it up.
TUNE-UP > If your computer is slow we can get it up to speed again.
HELP SERVICE > If you need help using your computer we can give some handy tips and advice.
SOFTWARE ADVICE > If you feel that some software is too expensive (e. g. office or antivirus) we can give you advice and help on some free alternatives.
